Bare Bettie's Wax Studio wants to give all clients the best wax possible if we missed something call us and we will set up an appointment, free of charge for a touch-up, but this is only within 3 days of the appointment.
When booking an appointment, I do require a Credit Card to be used to secure the appointment, the card is not charged until the end of service if you chose to pay that way.
PocketSuite runs in a secure data center with all communication over an encrypted data connection similar to that used by banks. We are PCI compliant (certified by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), we do not store passwords and we do not store credit card information.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be secured by a valid credit card.
As a courtesy to our other guests and our service providers, please notify us 12-hours in advance, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Clients with late-cancellations will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total for less than 12 hours notice. No showing for an appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment. If you make an appointment and have shaved or done any other form of hair removal in the last 3 weeks, and you come in with hair not long enough to wax, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% of the visit and rescheduled to come back in 3 weeks. It will be charged to the credit card on file.
Appointments are required, and we encourage you to pre-book your next appointment upon checkout. We send out a reminder Text and Email the day before your appointment.

Child Policy
We love children, but due to safety hazards present in our environments such as hot wax, and chemicals, we are unable to accommodate unattended children under the age of 12 in the studio unless they have a scheduled appointment. Nor do our facilities have the capacity to accommodate carriers and strollers.
Anyone under the age of 16 receiving a service for the first time must have a parent or guardian present at the initial appointment to give written consent. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but appreciate your understanding in this matter!

Please note that I am only open: Tuesday 12 pm- 8 pm, Wednesday 10 am-4 pm, Thursday 12 pm-8 pm, Saturday 10 am- 4 pm and I WORK BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! No Walk-Ins. I also do tend to book up 2-3 days before. If you call the business I AM THE ONLY ONE who answers the phone, so if I don't answer please leave a message, I am most likely with a client or it is after business hours. I will return your call only if a Voice Mail is left, Calling multiply times and not leaving a message doesn't help. If you need to get a hold of me quicker please send a text! Thanks Shannon!
